The combined business and flooring experiences of the
executives of ALC/Marlow are what make our company the number one
choice when searching for a flooring company that can provide a
total flooring solution for your commercial or industrial flooring
needs.
ALC/Marlow's goal is to be the single source provider for all
flooring needs of commercial and industrial properties.
We start with the design process by recommending the proper flooring
for each individual room. Through site surveys and blueprints we
thoroughly review every room requirement – analyzing weight loads,
traffic, noise and OSHA regulations.
Using this information our design team works together with your
facility engineers and architects along with our manufacturers’
chemists and technical engineers to complete the process and provide
you with the proper custom designed floor plan for each room. Our
experience has shown that many contractors bid one type of flooring
for an entire building. This often ends up being more costly through
error when a hallway or cafeteria need a much different floor type
than a factory floor running machinery or rebuilding a concrete
floor in a chemical containment area that hasn’t met OSHA
requirements.
ALC/Marlow has an extensive product range through our certified
representations of the finest floor coating manufacturers in the
world. We offer all levels of industrial flooring, decorative
seamless flooring (including epoxy terrazzo) and wall systems that are
custom engineered for your facility. In addition, we offer
maintenance and concrete repair products and services.
ALC/Marlow’s distinction is our quality customer service. Throughout
the floor system planning, engineering, pricing and installation
processes you’ll find our knowledge, professionalism and courtesy
unmatched in the industry.
We welcome you to our site and hope you will find the information
you need to choose ALC/Marlow as your resinous flooring contractor.
